Preventing us from taking a rush decision for our problem.
Structured thinking helps us solve big problems in a bite-size manner, making them easier to tackle.
Step 1 Define the Problem Statement
We need to make sure we have a clear problem statement from the start. While building your problem statement start by asking these questions:
- What is the problem?
- Why does this problem exist?
- Why is this problem matter?
Step 2 Break Down the Problem
By breaking down the main problem into several small problems. It will be easier for us to focus. Make a step-by-step process and prioritize which problem you need to solve first before going to the next one.
Step 3 Find the Solution
After following step 1 and 2. It’s time to find a solution to the problem. Before jumping into the first solution, think of other solutions in your hands. Ask these questions:
- How to solve this problem?
- Is there any other way to solve this?
